On Saturday, April 11th and Sunday April 12 of this year, the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival (VCBF) and the Japan Fair Organizing Committee hosted the Sakura Days Japan Fair at Van Dusen Botanical Gardens. The Sake Association of British Columbia was on-hand to present 6 seminars ranging from the History of Sake, Sake 101 and a Food Pairing session.
