About SABC
The Sake Association of British Columbia was formally established by 9 Sake Importers and Producers working in BC, on October 1st 2013. This also happens to be the same day as the official Sake Day ("Sake no Hi") of Japan.
Our mission is to raise the status of Sake to a beverage that will be a part of daily life for the people of Canada, and to spread Sake culture deep and wide throughout British Columbia. As a group we act as Japanese cultural ambassadors, promoting the depth and diversity of Japanese Sake culture to the rest of the world. Let’s enjoy the taste and culture of Sake! |
